We’re thrilled to share that Flowise has been acquired by Workday!

This marks a major milestone for our team, and a huge step forward in our mission to make building powerful AI agents accessible to everyone.

Flowise started with a simple idea: to help people build LLM applications visually, using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex. Since our public launch in April 2023, the response from the developer and open-source communities has been incredible. Millions of downloads, 47,000+ GitHub stars, and adoption across startups and enterprises alike.

Along the way, we’ve seen a clear shift from simple LLM workflows to more complex agentic orchestration—combining predefined logic with autonomous behaviors. We built Agentflow to meet that need, giving developers fine-grained control over agent logic, memory, states, agent-to-agent communication, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

Today, AI agents built with Flowise are already in production—powering use cases in healthcare, finance, customer support, consulting, and beyond.

Joining Workday allows us to double down on this momentum. Together, we share a vision to empower teams to build and scale AI agents, without needing deep technical expertise. And we’re just getting started.
